Hey, I am Jonathan Brown (JB) qualified Life Coach (DipLC) and soon to be qualified (Nov 25) Counsellor (BCouns), but more than that I am also a proud partner, father, and amateur multisport athlete.
I have always taken a Big-Picture view of life and live accordingly, maximising any opportunity, whether in my professional career or personal life.
A Decade of Leadership, Growth, and Transformation
In a previous life, I helped establish a highly successful, multi award winning private consultancy, which over the course of a decade grew to over 120 staff across five offices at my time of exit.
I have juggled the pressures of business ownership and exponential growth amongst a busy family and personal life.
I have also experienced some of life's challenges with grief and loss and reframed it to fuel positive change.
Finding Strength in Life’s Ups and Downs
I have a huge passion for the outdoors, sports and physical well being, which are at the core of my approach.
I have more recently gained qualifications in life coaching and counselling to pursue a lifelong passion in these spaces.
I believe we will all have some good and bad and knowing how to deal with the challenges is key to our health and happiness. It is also life's difficulties that can provide an opportunity to find out who we are.

I believe the quality of our relationships, particularly that with ourselves, make the quality of our lives.
I am an achiever who is relatable, bringing real focus, balanced with empathy and humour to everything I do.
I walk the talk in terms of pursuing life goals and living life with intent and it would be a privilege to work with you.
