Initial consultation can be done either as a phone call or online.
This gives us a chance to work out if we would be a good fit, understand where you are at, and how I could help.
One-Off 90-Minute Deep Dive Session
$500 Investment
Includes pre-work for clarity before the session.
In-person or online session.
A follow-up phone call to check progress.
1:1 Ongoing Monthly Coaching Package
From $1,000 per month
Two 1-hour sessions per month (online or in person).
Email support between sessions.
Delivered through a specialised coaching platform with live progress tracking.
Bespoke Outdoor Coaching Experience
Pricing upon request—available after an initial consultation.

Can include hiking, hunting, or overnight retreats in remote locations.

Coaching vs Counselling: Which One Do You Need?
If you’re unsure which path suits you best, don’t worry—we’ll figure it out together during your first consultation.
Coaching is forward-focused, action-driven, and goal-oriented. It’s about helping you take control and move toward success.
Counselling is about exploring emotions, processing past experiences, and healing from challenges. It provides a therapeutic space for self-reflection and emotional well-being.
However, due to ethical guidelines, once you begin either coaching or counselling, you must remain in that lane. If counselling becomes necessary during coaching, I will refer you to an external professional.
